About Linda
Linda Kaye is a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional who enjoys working with individuals, couples, families and groups. She specializes in anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. She has extensive experience working with individuals for the treatment of substance abuse disorders and weight management.
Linda utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach to goal setting, assisting individuals with increasing their coping skills, as well as facilitating the exploration of underlying issues that lead to these problems and behaviors. She also has expertise in the areas of menopause, coping with medical illnesses and other life transitions. Linda actively works with individuals toward helping them find solutions to life stressors in a safe, comfortable environment.
